Coronavirus (COVID-19) UPDATE

To: All our valued Customers:

Pursuant to Governor Gavin Newsom’s executive order, the State is mandating all non-essential businesses to temporarily close. As a CFS bonded warehouse, we are considered an essential business and Imperial will remain open at our normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM).

We are committed to the safety of our employees while servicing our customers. We are implementing three warehouse shifts, separated by a 30-minute break to separate the workers from each shift. Additionally, we are limiting our dock operations to every other dock. In the front office, we are rearranging our office setting to implement "social distancing”. Please take this into account and what may result as it pertains to service levels. Imperial might not be able provide the usual unloading time frames and IPI transit schedules.
